Lipari

For our final stop, we'll tour the Aeolian island of Lipari. As a former major trading hub that's been inhabited since 5000 BC, Lipari has seen its fair share of conflict. Luckily for us, these conflicts have left a series of archeological remains in their wake.

Fascinating artifacts can be found in the Aeolian Museum which sits on the Lipari Acropolis. At the site, you'll also find the St. Bartholomew Cathedral, several archaeological sites spanning thousands of years, and a fantastic Greek Theater, where we will have a sensational acoustic concert featuring our entertainers.

On our way back to Civitavecchia we will be passing the renowned volcano of Stromboli. This incredibly active volcano has been known to put on a fiery show, which we will appreciate on our journey back to port.
